If a rate quote is included in this communication, please note the following:
All merchandise must be properly labeled and packaged. The quoted rate is based on the information and requirements provided by the customer and is subject to the applicable Bill of Lading Terms and Conditions. Actual charges may change if the information provided is inaccurate or incomplete.
It is assumed that pickup and delivery locations are equipped with the necessary tools, personnel, and facilities required for loading and unloading. This estimate applies only to transportation charges. Fuel surcharges may change periodically without prior notice. The quoted rate does not include accessorial charges, taxes, customs clearance, or duties unless expressly stated.
Final charges will be based on the shipment’s actual freight specifications, including class, weight, volume, dimensions, requested transit time, and any additional services required. If the shipment specifications differ from the information originally provided, the quoted rate will not apply and additional charges may be assessed. Any such charges will be communicated in advance, and the customer agrees to assume them.
Shipments are subject to the carrier’s limited liability, not to exceed USD $100,000 for Full Truckload shipments. The released value for household goods or used items is USD $0.10 per pound unless additional coverage is requested and approved in writing.
Green Light Global Logistics LLC acts solely as a third-party logistics provider and shall not be held responsible for delays, or for total or partial loss or damage to cargo. By shipping through Green Light Global Logistics LLC, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these Terms and Conditions.
